BROTHER KNIGHTS, I was setting here at my PC and I looked up at the wall in front of me and I see the three different awards that my brother knights have given me while I have been a member since 1955. I received my third degree in Bangor Maine while I was stationed there in the service. Believe me, I have many memories of that day as many of you older brothers have also. That day was one of the days in my life that will always have a special meaning and special memories, that remind us what our brotherhood is all about. While I was in the military I didn’t have much chance to participate in the Knights. In fact I reinstated after I got out of the service. All you new knights will see for yourself what the Knights do for our Church and our Parish. We as Knights must remember that we are to show others how we are to live and always be ready to help others when they need help. I think that our council has shown that to the people and our church. I wrote this for all the new members and to remind them about their vows. With the help of GOD anything is possible. DEACON MIKE COLUMBUS
